From the Vimeo page (which I assume is an official David Lynch profile):

Sorry, not available for download.

So we know that this is from a HD master, albeit 720p rather than 1080p. We also know that this is not a scene from the film, since we see the Lady in the Radiator sing the song rather than Henry stood there contemplating in the film itself.

So.

blu-ray release on the cards? Unreleased/remashed scenes?

I hope yes to both ...

The way I see it this is the scene from the film but instead of playing that organ music or w/e it was, they replaced the audio with LitR's song. It also seems that little "twist" motion Henry is making is the original scene in the film but being looped. *shrug*

On a side note: I was reading a book of interviews on David Lynch and I learned something new about Eraserhead. Lynch said that the end is a very happy ending b/c Henry goes to heaven... I would think this kind of news would then narrow down my thoughts on the film, but on the contrary it's enlivened them even more.
