The web video bbcode in use at Club Silencio is hopefully a one size fits all solution. If you select the video camera icon from the toolbar a wizard will launch enabling you to embed video from all the standard video hosting sites on the web (Vimeo, Youtube, Google Video etc) plus a few lesser known places.

Alternatively you can just hand type the code around the url of the video, as follows:

Vimeo example:

Youtube example:
