This is a quote from the Mulholland Drive page on Wikipedia:
"The film...has been chosen by many critics as representing a significant perspective of the 2000s."
I've done some searching but I can't find any specific critics who made that statement, nor can I find any elaboration on the topic, so I figure it deserves a place on here. What are your thoughts on this statement? What exactly do you believe this perspective is? How does it speak to the decade of the 2000s?
